At Innosight we drive the toughest conversations. We slice through complexity and help our clients succeed in what they do best. Our collective belief is that the wealth of opportunity before us is the bedrock to delivering lasting impact across all industries. When it comes to strategy, we think differently – we take clients to the future whilst reinventing how they get there.
My professional background and education has proven to me that data can be a powerful change agent in innovation. Early in my career, I was an analyst at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) where I helped solve pressing macroeconomic issues through robust econometric analysis. It was here that I developed my core quantitative skills to decipher insights from data to power innovation, entrepreneurship, investment and economic growth globally.
During business school at the Yale School of Management, I spearheaded strategy and business development with several organizations, with a focus on innovation and growth in the context of sub-Saharan African countries. By applying rigorous quantitative analysis to these projects—I gained valuable insight into how companies can leverage the power of data to fuel innovation and long-term growth.
Knowing that each day at Innosight is an opportunity to make impact excites me the most. As a Senior Associate, I have a bird’s eye view of how entire industries function. This, along with quantitative rigor, allows me to solve the most intractable problems clients face. My thinking is not confined; I can think broadly and creatively about problems and opportunities our clients face. Above all, I have ownership and independence in problem solving, and I look forward to the work I do each day.
To Do List
I love running! My goal is to run a marathon in the near future. It’s on my to do list. I am a dancer too. I choreographed on 3 performances during my time at Yale. The love for dancing runs in my family and choreographing a performance whilst at Yale was an unbelievable cultural touchstone. I look forward to continuing dancing in Boston!
